Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them

  • With tags and original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away — we’ll make it right. 🐾


Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
Simply return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll get your refund on your original payment method within 10 business days.
